ABOUT ME

Handlebar Fitness is here to amplify self expression through fitness. This isn't your cookie-cutter training program. This is a community, designed to educate, motivate, and appreciate each other. Blogs, forums, and educational videos are free to all members and we encourage you to be active in the community and post! For those that like a little extra push and structure, I also offer different training programs described in the "Training" tab. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach. I have worked with individuals at every stage of the fitness journey. Whether you're looking for a fully structured training program, or just want to implement new habits into your life, I'm here to help.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, I'm here to aid you in every part of your fitness journey. Whether you've never touched a weight or are training for a competition, I can design a program for your specific goals.

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also what we put on the inside! As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I'm not going to put you on a fad diet, but I will work with you and your current eating habits to develop a lifestyle that's perfect for YOU!

I want to help you develop skills that you can implement long past working with me. Integrating habitual practices into my coaching will allow you to live a better, healthier life without the need of a coach.
